Neurofeedback is a gentle, science-supported method for helping the brain restore balance and regulate itself more efficiently. Using small EEG sensors placed on the scalp, we track real-time brainwave activity and offer micro-signals back to the nervous system. This subtle feedback guides the brain toward healthier patterns—more clarity, calm, adaptability, and emotional steadiness.
The process is not invasive, and you don’t have to “work” at anything. Your brain receives information, reorganizes itself, and practices moving out of stress-based pathways and into more regulated states. Over time, the nervous system learns to stay there.
At Warrior Child Healing, neurofeedback is offered as a supportive, integrative service focused on nervous system regulation and resilience. Sessions are individualized, paced with care, and guided by safety and clinical intention, allowing the brain to learn more efficient patterns without being pushed or forced. This work may be helpful for individuals experiencing chronic stress, emotional reactivity, difficulty settling the mind or body, or challenges with focus, supporting greater stability, clarity, and adaptability over time.

How Sessions Work
Sessions are simple, comfortable, and tailored to each person.
You’ll sit in a relaxed position while small sensors are placed at specific points on the scalp.
A specialized neurofeedback system reads your brainwave activity and sends back ultra-low micro-signals—far less than the energy of a small battery.
These signals gently interrupt stuck patterns and invite the brain to reorganize in real time.
Most sessions begin brief and gradually lengthen as your nervous system builds tolerance.
During training, clients often feel calmer, clearer, lighter, or more centered. Some notice improvements immediately; others progress steadily over several visits.
Because every brain is unique, we adjust placement, duration, and intensity based on your responses. Most people start with weekly or twice-weekly sessions and then taper as symptoms improve.
Neurofeedback can be safely paired with psychotherapy, meditation, shamanic integration work, or medical treatment (medication changes should always be coordinated with your prescribing physician).
